Located on a hill with an amazing view of the city, this guesthouse was a perfect choice for my city trip. the room was cozy and functional, and the Japanese-style breakfast was delicious. Its location was convenient for exploring the nearby temples and shrines, and only a few steps away from shopping and restaurants.
To get to the guesthouse there was a bit of an uphill walk from the bus stop, so I wouldn't recommend bringing heavy luggage. the wifi connection wasn't very strong, which was a minor inconvenience.

Nestled in the heart of Kyoto’s historic district, this charming guesthouse offers an amazing view of the city and a lovely breakfast. The friendly owners make you feel right at home, and their furry companions provide a delightful touch. The rooms are cozy and have all the amenities you need, and the private bathrooms are clean and functional. One of the best aspects is the location, which is conveniently situated near many interesting sights and restaurants. the guesthouse is just a short walk away from one of the city’s most famous temples.
This guesthouse can be a bit difficult to access, particularly if you have heavy luggage. It’s located on a hill, so it can be a strenuous walk from the bus stop.
